Os trabalhos para publicação na Revista Brasileira de Direito Processual (RBDPro), editada pela Editora Fórum e com periodicidade trimestral, deverão ser encaminhados, no formato eletrônico, para o seguinte e-mail: [email protected].
Os textos para publicação na RBDPro deverão ser inéditos e para publicação exclusiva. Uma vez publicados nesta revista, também poderão sê-lo em livros e coletâneas, desde que citada a publicação original. Roga-se aos autores o compromisso de não publicá-los em outras revistas e periódicos.
A RBDPro reserva o direito de aceitar ou vetar qualquer original recebido, de acordo com as recomendações do seu corpo editorial, como também o direito de propor eventuais alterações.
Os trabalhos deverão ser redigidos em formato Word, fonte Times New Roman, tamanho 12, espaçamento entre linhas de 1,5. Os parágrafos devem ser justificados. O tamanho do papel deve ser A4 e as margens utilizadas idênticas de 3 cm. Número médio de 15/40 laudas. Deverão, ainda, estar acompanhados dos seguintes dados: nome do autor, sua qualificação acadêmica e profissional, endereço, telefone e e-mail.
Sugere-se aos autores que informem o número de identificação ORCID (para maiores informações: https://orcid.org/). O identificador ORCID pode ser obtido no registro ORCID, onde devem ser aceitos os padrões para apresentação de iD ORCID e incluir a URL completa (por exemplo: http://orcid.org/0000-0002-1825-0097). Nesse caso, referida informação deverá constar logo abaixo da indicação do e-mail de contato.
Os textos devem ser revisados, além de terem a sua linguagem adequada a uma publicação editorial científica. A escrita deve obedecer às novas regras ortográficas em vigor desde a promulgação do Acordo Ortográfico da Língua Portuguesa, a partir de 1º de janeiro de 2009. As citações de textos anteriores ao acordo devem respeitar a ortografia original
Os originais dos artigos devem ser apresentados de forma completa, com observância das normas da ABNT, contendo: título do artigo (na língua do texto e em inglês), nome do autor, filiação institucional, qualificação (mestrado, doutorado, cargos etc.), resumo do artigo, de até 250 palavras (na língua do texto e em inglês – abstract), palavras-chave (na língua do texto e em inglês – keywords), sumário do artigo, epígrafe (se houver), texto do artigo e referências. O autor deverá fazer constar, no final do artigo, a data e o local em que foi escrito o trabalho de sua autoria.
Recomenda-se que todo destaque que se queira dar ao texto seja feito com o uso de itálico e não por meio do negrito e do sublinhado. As citações (palavras, expressões, períodos) deverão ser cuidadosamente conferidas pelos autores e/ou tradutores; as citações textuais longas (mais de três linhas) devem constituir um parágrafo independente, com recuo esquerdo de 2 cm (alinhamento justificado), utilizando-se espaçamento entre linhas simples e tamanho da fonte 10; as citações textuais curtas (de até três linhas) devem ser inseridas no texto, entre aspas e sem itálico. As expressões em língua estrangeira deverão ser padronizadas e destacadas em itálico. O uso do “op. cit.”, “ibidem” e do “idem” nas notas bibliográficas deve ser evitado, substituindo-o pelo nome da obra por extenso.
Os trabalhos serão selecionados pelos Diretores e pelo Conselho Editorial da Revista, que entrarão em contato com os respectivos autores para confirmar o recebimento dos textos, e em seguida os remeterão para análise de dois pareceristas. Os originais recebidos e não publicados não serão devolvidos. Não serão devidos direitos autorais ou qualquer outra remuneração pela publicação dos trabalhos. Como cortesia, os autores receberão acesso à versão digital da revista com a publicação do artigo, disponível na Plataforma FÓRUM de Conhecimento Jurídico.
As opiniões emitidas pelos autores dos artigos são de sua exclusiva responsabilidade.

Information for authors
Papers for publication in the Revista Brasileira de Direito Processual (RBDPro), released quarterly by Editora Fórum must be sent in electronic format to the email: [email protected].
The texts to be published in the RBDPro must be unpublished and exclusive to this journal. Once released, they can also be published in books and collections, as long as the original publication is cited. Authors are required not to publish them in other journals or periodicals.
RBDPro reserves the right to accept or reject any originals received, as well as to propose any changes, in accordance with the recommendations of our editorial board.
Papers must be written in Word, with Times New Roman font, size 12, and 1.5 line spacing. Paragraphs must be justified and A4 paper size should be used, with identical margins of 3 cm. On average, the number of pages should be 15/40. The papers must also include name of the author, academic and professional qualifications, address, telephone number and email.
Authors are advised to inform their ORCID identifier (for further information, https://orcid.org/). The ORCID identifier can be obtained from the ORCID registry, in which the standards for presenting the ORCID ID must be accepted and include the full URL (for example: http://orcid.org/0000-0002-1825-0097). This information must appear below the indication of the email for contact.
Besides the use of appropriate language for scientific editorial publication, the texts must be revised. The spelling must obey the new orthographic rules in force since the promulgation of the Orthographic Agreement of the Portuguese Language on January 1, 2009. However, citations of texts prior to the agreement must respect their original spelling.
The originals must be presented in full, in accordance with the ABNT rules, and must include: title of the article (in the text language and in English), name of the author, institutional affiliation, qualification (master’s, doctorate, positions etc.), a summary of the article with a maximum of 250 words (in the text language and in English – i.e., Abstract), keywords (in the text language and in English), a summary of the article, epigraph (if any), the text of the article and references. The author must also state, at the end of the article, the date and place it was written.
We recommend that any emphasis you want to put on the text should be done in italics, rather than in bold or underlined. Citations (words, expressions, statements) must be carefully checked by the authors and / or translators; long textual citations (more than three lines) must constitute an independent paragraph, with a 2cm left indent (justified alignment), using single line spacing and font size 10; short text citations (up to three lines) must be inserted in the text, in quotation marks, without the use of italics. Foreign language expressions must be standardized and highlighted in italics. The use of “op. cit.”, “ibidem” and “idem” in the reference list should be avoided and replaced it by the name of the article in full.
Papers will be selected by the Journal Directors and Editorial Board, who will then contact the respective authors to confirm the receipt of the texts and send the texts for the analysis of two reviewers. The originals received and not published will not be returned. No copyright or other payment will be due for the publication of the papers. As a courtesy, authors will have access to digital version of the review – where article is published – on FORUM Plataform of Legal Knowledge.

In case of images in the publication, they should be sent in separate files, in the actual size they will be used, in high resolution (300 dpi), in extension files .jpg, .tif, .eps, or Photoshop (.psd), CorelDRAW vector (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai).
